I was very impressed with the service from Pagazzi my lamp is beautiful and it was super easy to assemble. Great light from it too. Arrived within 3 days of ordering you don't get that from many other places. Will definitely use Pagazzi again.

Worst purchase and service ever-…
Worst purchase and service ever- pagazzi send used and faulty goods in a huge box and wanted this returned in same packaging when I complained it was damaged. Spent over £359 and no refund in 3 weeks. No phone call or any communication

Bought this light in a sale and bagged a bargain. Easy to put together. Only slight downside was the booklet that came with the light did not have enough Info on the correct bulbs to use compared to online

Staff were really helpful
Staff were really helpful. We wanted to take this to Glasgow from Aberdeen but it was big for our car. Staff arranged a Glasgow pick up for us.
They only had two of the three lights…
They only had two of the three lights required but the male assistant made a phone call which enabled me to order another light to be delivered directly to me.

Didn’t have the item in stock at Bolton however the helpful assistants sourced it from another store for me - first class service at great prices
